    4 Eggs
    1 1/2 cup Sugar
    3 tbsp Flour
    3 tbsp Cornstarch
    32 oz Cream cheese (softened)
    1 Stick butter (softened)
    1 tbsp Vanilla
    1 pt Sour cream
    -lemon rind

    Crust
    2 c graham
    1/2 c sugar
    2/3 c melted salt butter

    Recipe



    Mix crust ingredients and fill a large spring pan. Beat filling together until smooth, Fill crust, Bake 90 min @ 225 degrees Open door & let cool slowly, Best made 2-3 days in advance
