    CAKE
    1 pkg deluxe Frence vanilla cake mix
    3 eggs
    3/4c Orange juce
    1/2c Peach schnapps
    1/3c Vegetable Oil

    GLAZE
    1/2c Peach preserves
    2TBS Peach schnapps

    EXTRA TOPPING
    1c Cool Whip
    2 tsp peach schnapps

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 10" Bundt pan.

    CAKE: Combine cake mix, eggs, orange juice, peach schnapps and oil in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until tested done. Cool 10 minutes. Invert on serving plate.

    GLAZE: Combine peach preserves and peach schnapps in a small bowl. Brush glaze on warm cake.

    OPTIONAL: Combine 1c Cool Whip w/2 tsp peach schnapps. Spoon onto cake slices when served.
