    Pistachio Sour Cream Cake

    1 (18 1/4-ounce) package yellow cake mix
    1 (4-serving-size) package instant pistachio pudding mix
    4 eggs
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup water

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Grease and flour 10-cup fluted tube or tube pan.

    In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream and water. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool. Sprinkle confectioners� sugar on top, if desired.
