    1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
    1 egg
    1/4 cup lemon juice from concentrate
    1 (10-ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
    15 chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos), divided
    Whipped topping and additional maraschino cherries, for garnish

    Beat cream cheese, condensed milk and egg with mixer until smooth. Beat in lemon juice until mixture begins to thicken, about 1 minute; stir in cherries.

    Place 1 cookie in bottom of each of 12 paper-lined 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups. Spoon batter into prepared cups. Cut remaining cookies into quarters; set aside.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Cool completely. Refrigerate until serving time.
    Serve garnished with whipped topping, a cherry and a cookie piece.

    Makes 12 cheesecakes
