PopCorn-Gumdrop Cake

1 c. butter or margarine
1 pound marshmallows
5 quarts popped corn
1/2 pound raosted peanuts
1 pound small gumdrops
Gumdrop flowers (optional)
Recipe
Combine butter and marshmallows in a large Dutch oven; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows melt. Add popcorn, peanuts, and 1 pound gumdrops, stirring until blended. Press mixture into a well-greased 10-inch tube pan. Chill until firm. Invert cake onto serving plate, and garnish with gumdrop flowers, if desired. Yield; one 10-inch cake
