    Spicy Applesauce Bundt Cake

    1 box spice cake mix
    1/4 cup oil
    2 eggs
    16 oz. can applesauce (see below)
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 cups powdered sugar
    1 stick oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla extractPreparation

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°.
    Grease Bundt cake pan with the oil.
    Mix cake mix, eggs, & applesauce
    with a spoon for about 2 minutes or
    until blended. Pour into bundt pan.

    Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick
    inserted in center comes out clean.

    Blend cream cheese, oleo, powdered sugar, &
    vanilla until smooth. Spread on top of cake.

    You may use a can of apple pie filling instead of applesauce.

    You can also substitute powdered sugar
    sprinkled on top of cake instead of cream cheese glaze.
