Cake
1 (18 1/4-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (4-serving-size) instant lemon pudding mix
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water
4 eggs

Icing
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed



Recipe



Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour tube pan.

For cake, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water and eggs. Mix well. Pour into pre-pared pan. Bake for 45 minutes, or until done.

Meanwhile, prepare icing. Combine confectioners' sugar, butter and orange juice concentrate until smooth. Pour over cake while hot.
