    1 Stick oleo
    3/4 Cup White sugar
    3/4 Cup Brown sugar
    2 Eggs
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
    2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
    2 Teaspoons Baking soda
    2 Cups Flour
    4 Cups Apples; chopped
    1 Cup Raisins; coconut or nuts, opt

    Mix first 5 ingreds & beat well. Add next four ingreds & mix well. Add flour & mix. Gently stir in appls & any optional ingreds. Oil & dust with sugar a 9 x 13 cake pan. Pour in cake mix & bake @ 350 for 45-50 min till apples are tender.
