1-1/2 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Baking soda
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Cloves
2/3 Cup Vegetable oil
1 Cup Sugar
3 Ripe bananas; mashed, to equal 1 cup
2 Eggs
1 Cup Old fashioned oats
3 Medium Carrots; shredded, to equal 1 cup
1/2 Cup Nuts; chopped (opt)


Recipe



Heat oven to 350~. Grease a 9 square baking dish. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and spices. Combine sugar, banana and oil; add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each. Stir in flour mixture. Add oats and carrots; mix well. Spread in pan; sprinkle with nuts. Bake about 40 minutes or until tested done.
