Carrot Cinnamon Cake

2 cups all purpose flour
1½ teaspoons baking soda
2½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/3 cup brown sugar
4 large eggs
2 cups grated carrots
1½ cups crushed pineapple — drained
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup nuts chopped
1 cup raisins
Recipe
Grease and flour a tube pan. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar in large bowl. In another bowl, beat eggs well, add oil and beat again. Add pineapple and carrots. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients. Mix and add nuts and raisins. Pour into prepared pan and bake 1 hour or until done. Remove from pan after 10 minutes and cool completely. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
