Chocolate Cheesecake with Mocha Mousse

1 package Oreo cookies
3 to 4 tbsp butter
12 oz semisweet chocolate
16 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup light sour cream
2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. Instant coffee
1/2 cup confectioners sugar Recipe
Combine cookies with butter and press into 10-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Melt chocolate and cool. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar and beat until blended. Beat in eggs. Stir in melted chocolate,cocoa, and vanilla, then beat until blended. Gently mix in sour cream. Pour batter into crust and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Allow to cool, then chill overnight. Whip together heavy cream, coffee, and confectioners sugar in chilled bowl. Spread over chilled cheesecake and return to refrigerator. Let stand 20 minutes at room temp. before serving.
