    3 eggs
    1 (18.25-ounce) box white cake mix with pudding
    1 1/4 cups water
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
    16-ounce can vanilla ready-to- spread frosting
    Extra chocolate chips for decoration

    Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Line cupcake tins with paper liners or spray with nonstick spray.
    Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the dry cake mix, water and vegetable oil. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for one minute. Scrape sides of bowl, then beat on low speed for one minute longer.

    Add 1 cup chocolate chips. Stir with wooden spoon until mixed. Spoon the batter into sprayed cups or paper cups until 2/3 full.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then take out of pan and cool on wire rack. Cool completely before icing. Spread frosting over cupcakes. Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips on top of each cupcake.
