Heath Bar Coffee Cake

List of Ingredients




1 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 c buttermilk
3 Heath bars, chopped
1/4 c pecans or walnuts

Recipe



Combine flour, sugar, & brown sugar and cut in butter until mixed.
Remove 1/2 c of this mixture for topping and set aside.
To remainder of mixture add baking soda, salt, egg, vanilla, & buttermilk. Beat until blended.
Pour into greased 8x8" pan.
Combine reserved topping mix with chopped Heath bars (food processor works great) & nuts.
Sprinkle over top of batter.
Bake 350º 30-35 minutes
