    CRUST:
    1 1/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup ground walnuts
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/3 cup honey
    1/3 cup melted butter

    CHEESECAKE:
    2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
    1/3 cup honey
    2 eggs
    2 egg yolks
    1 cup dairy sour cream
    1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
    2 teaspoons cornstarch

    TOPPING:
    1/2 cup honey
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup pecan halves
    fruit for garnish

    Recipe



    Crust: combine flour, walnuts and cinnamon. Add honey and melted butter; mix well. Press into bottom and up sides of 8" spring-form pan.

    Cheesecake: blend cream cheese with honey until smooth. Beat in eggs and yolks. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth. Turn into prepared crust and bake at 300° F 50 to 55 minutes or until set. Cool and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled before serving.

    Topping: in saucepan combine honey, lemon juice, cornstarch, lemon peel and cinnamon; mix well. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Stir in pecans; cool. Spoon over cheesecake. Arrange fruit on top. Serves 8.
