    1/4 c honey
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Cups biscuit mix
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 Cup milk

    Recipe



    Mix honey, butter, corn syrup, one tsp. lemon peel and lemon juice. Pour into well greased 8x8x2" baking pan

    Combine biscuit mix, sugar and remaining lemon peel. Mix egg and milk; stir into dry ingredients only till moistened. Drop by spoonfuls over honey mixture

    Bake 375° 20-25 minutes

    Invert on serving plate

    Serves 8
