1 roll (16 oz) refrigerated chocolate chip slice and bake cookies
1-1/3 c flaked or shredded coconut
1/4 c honey
1 t cinnamon
2 eggs

Recipe



Generously grease the bottom only of an 8" or 9" square pan
Slice half the cookie dough in 1/4" slices
Place in prepared pan
In small bowl combine coconut, honey, cinnamon and eggs; mix well
Spread over cookie slices in pan
Cut remaining cookie dough into little pieces
Place over coconut mixture
Bake at 375° for 30-35 min until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Cool slightly; serve warm or cool cut into squares
If desired, top with whipped cream or ice cream
