    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    2 eggs
    1 cup mashed bananas
    3/4 cup honey
    1-1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 cup quick cooking rolled oats

    Recipe



    Cream sugar and butter
    Beat in eggs, mashed bananas, and honey
    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
    Add to creamed mixture, beating just until blended
    Stir in oats
    Fill 24 muffin pans (lined with paper liners) 2/3 full with batter
    Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes
    (No frosting needed with these muffins)
