Orange Cake w/ Pineapple Frosting

1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
2 3 ounce pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons orange extract
1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges
1 12 oz. non-dairy whipped topping
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained) Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine cake mix, eggs, 1 pkg. pudding, vegetable oil, orange extract, & mandarin oranges
Beat well for 3 minutes
Bake in 3 round 9" cake pans-greased & floured for 20-25 minutes in 350° oven
Frosting:
Fold pudding & pineapple into whipped topping & frost cake
Keep refrigerated.
