    1 pkg yellow cake mix
    3 oz pkg orange jello
    3/4 c water
    Beat 3 minutes


    3/4 c oil
    4 eggs
    Beat 3 minutes


    Bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes in a 9x13 pan
    Mix:
    1-1/2 c powdered sugar
    1/3 c orange juice
    Let stand while cake is baking
    Pour onto cake as soon as you take the cake out of the oven
