Pistachio Nut Snack Cake

1 cup of applesauce
8 egg whites
1 cup of water
Two 4 serving size boxes of sugar free pistachio pudding
1 box of yellow cake mix

Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Beat the applesauce, egg whites, and water with mixer on high for 30 seconds.
Add the pudding and cake mix. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Spray three 8 inch cake pans with a non fat cooking spray. Pour the batter evenly into your pans. Bake for 30 minutes. If desired, frost with prepared Dream whip or eat without topping as a snack cake. Refrigerate unused portions.
