1 small box instant pudding mix (any flavor)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cold milk
8-oz Cool Whip


Recipe



Combine pudding mix, powdered sugar, and milk in a small bowl. Beat slowly with an electric mixer or rotary beater until well blended (about 1 minute).

Fold in Cool Whip and spread on cooled cake at one.

Note: Makes enough for 2 (9-inch) layers or 1 (9x13-inch) sheet cake
