    1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tablespoons butter, softened
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    1 12-ounce package Little Bits semi-sweet chocolate, divided
    CAKE:
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3 eggs
    1 cup sour cream
    1 1/2 cups Little Bits semi-sweet chocolate

    Topping: In small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and butter. Mix well. Stir in nuts and 1/2 cup Little Bits. Set aside.

    Cake: Heat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

    In large bowl, combine butter, sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Fold in remaining 1 1/2 cups Little Bits.

    Spread in greased 13-by-9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle topping evenly over batter. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into 2-inch squares.
