1 pound vanilla wafer cookies -- ground in a food procesor or blender
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 cup butter -- melted and cooled
1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans -- chopped
1 cup milk


Recipe



Mix crushed wafers with sugar and baking powder. Beat together the butter and eggs; mix in the milk. Mix thoroughly into the crumbs, then fold in the coconut and pecans. Bake in greased tube pan at 350º degrees for approximately one hour.
