    Almond Chocolate Cheesecake

    Crust:
    1 c chocolate wafer cookies crushed
    1/4 c butter melted
    1/4 c finely chopped almonds
    3 T packed brown sugar

    Filling:

    3 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
    3/4 c brown sugar
    3 eggs
    3 T milk
    1/2 tsp almond extract
    1-1/2 c chocolate chips,(semi sweet) melted
    1 c whipped topping

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients for crust. Press into bottom of 10" springform pan.
    Bake 10 min. 325°
    Beat cream cheese on medium speed.
    Add sugar; blend in eggs, milk & extract.
    Mix in chocolate
    Pour over crust.
    Bake 35-40 min. or until center is set. Loosen from pan.
    Cool
    Refrigerate until chilled; remove rim
    Pipe whipped topping on edges.
