    Ann Thomas' Blender Cherry Cake

    1-1/2 cups milk
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    2 16-ounce cans pitted sour cherries, drained and patted dry
    powdered sugar for garnish

    Recipe



    Position rack in middle of oven; preheat to 325º

    Butter 10-inch pie plate.

    Combine milk eggs, flour, sugar and vanilla in BLENDER, and mix on HIGH 15 seconds.

    Scrape down sides of container. Blend on HIGH for 30 seconds.

    Spread cherries in pie pan. Pour batter evenly over top.

    Bake until is golden brown.(the last time I made this cake it was 1-1/2 hours but check-everybody's oven is different)

    Dust with powdered sugar

    Tip: Before serving warm cake in low oven
