    2 C. sugar
    1 C. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 C. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 T. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 C. chopped pecans
    2 C. chopped Granny Smith apples

    Recipe



    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Combine sugar and oil. Add well beaten eggs

    Sift dry ingredients and add all at one time. Stir in vanilla extract, pecans and apples.

    Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350ºF for 25 to 30 minutes.
