    3 cup chopped, raw apple
    2 cup flour
    2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup shortening
    2 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in greased and floured 13x9 pan, for 45 minutes at 350�
