    1 box spice cake mix
    2 medium apples, peeled and chopped
    8 oz. carton of sour cream at room temperature
    1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    Cinnamon

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350º
    Prepare cake mix according to directions, adding apples. Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Combine sour cream, condensed milk, and lemon juice. Mix and spread over cake.
    Bake 10 minutes until topping is set or hunger overtakes you.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
    Cool and store in refrigerator.
