Beet and Blueberry Bundt

1 Betty Crocker Super Moist Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
15 oz can Blueberries in Heavy Syrup*
1/2 cup Beet Puree
3 large eggs
1/3 cup hot fudge sauce
Recipe
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Spray a 12 cup bundt pan with vegetable spray.
Drain Blueberries over glass measuring cup, saving one cup of liquid. Place liquid and all ingredients except blueberries into mixing bowl. Beat slowly to blend, then beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
Stir in blueberries. Pour batter evenly into pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until tooth pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 1/2 hour. Turn onto plate and drizzle with hot fudge sauce while still warm. (*1/2 the fat when the cake directions are followed)
Note: *Results with water-packed blueberries may vary. Prep time: 5 min Bake time: 40 minutes
