Butterscotch Snack Cake

1 pkg. (3.5 ozs.) cook & serve butterscotch pudding (not instant)
2 Cs. milk
1 pkg. (18-1/4 ozs.) yellow cake mix
1 pkg. butterscotch baking chips (11 ozs.)
1/2 C. chopped pecans or walnuts Recipe
In a large saucepan, combine pudding mix & milk. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in dry cake mix.
Pour into a greased 13x9 x2 inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with chips & nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
