    Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    2 eggs

    Mix all ingredients together. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
