    Cherry Swirl Coffee Cake

    4 cups of Bisquick Original
    1/2 cup of sugar
    1/4 cup of butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 cup of milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon almond extract
    3 eggs
    1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
    Glaze

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease jelly roll pan, or 2 square pans, 9x9x2.

    Mix all ingredients except pie filling and glaze, beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Spread 2/3 of the batter in jelly roll pan or 1/3 in each square pan. Spread pie filling over batter, drop by tablespoonfuls remaining batter on top.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. While warm drizzle with glaze.

    Glaze:


    1 cup of powdered sugar
    1 to 2 tablespoons milk
    Stir ingredients together until smooth and thin


    Make this using different flavors of pie filling, blueberry, peach, apple.
