    Chocolate Crumb Crust

    45 vanilla wafers, crushed
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
    1/3 cup butter, melted

    Mix together and press into the bottom of 9" springform pan

    Filling

    3 8-oz. pkgs cream cheese, softened
    1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
    4 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 300°
    In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy
    Gradually beat in milk until smooth
    Add remainder, mixing well
    Pour into crust
    Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes
    Cool
    Chill
