Chocolate Cinnamon Cake

2 c flour
2 sticks butter
1 c water
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp cinnamon
2 c sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
1/2 c buttermilk (I use dry mix, reconstituted)
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla


Recipe



Mix together flour and sugar. Set aside. In saucepan, bring butter, cocoa and
water to a boil. Pour over flour mixture; mix well. Add buttermilk, eggs,
soda, cinnamon and vanilla. Blend well. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan
30-35 min in 350 oven. Ice while hot.

Chocolate Drizzle Icing
1/2 stick butter
3 tbs milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbs cocoa
1/2 lb powedered sugar
pecans (optional)

Heat butter, cocoa, and milk until melted. Remove from heat and add remainders.
Mix well. Drizzle over hot cake
