    3 cups flour
    2 teaspoons soda
    2 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    6 tablespoons cocoa
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3/4 cup oil
    2 cups cold water

    Mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 27 minutes.
