Chocolate Layer Cheesecake

List of Ingredients
2 pkg (8-oz each) Neufchatel Cheese 1/3 less fat Softened
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 pkg. 4-oz. BAKER'S GERMAN sweet chocolate melted and slightly cooled
1 ready to use chocolate flavor crust (6 oz or 9 inch)
Recipe
Mix Neufchatel cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended.
Remove 1 Cup of batter; stir melted chocolate into this batter. Pour chocolate batter into crust. Top with plain batter.
Bake at 350� for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top it with light or fat free cool whip and chocolate chips to make it pretty looking, makes it even yummier!!
