Cran-Apple Cheesecake

1/3 c. margarine or butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. sugar (divided use)
2 T. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. peeled, chopped apples
1/2 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Recipe
Combine margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg. Add flour; mix well. Spread dough onto bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, 1/3 c. sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed in a large mixer bowl until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream.
Toss apples and cranberries with remaining sugar and cinnamon. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
