    Base:
    2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (60 wafers)
    1/2 cup chopped peanuts
    1/3 cup melted margarine

    Combine base ingredients together. Press mixture into 9x13 pan; refrigerate.

    Filling:
    8 ounce package cream cheese
    4 ounce package cream cheese
    1/2 cup icing sugar
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1 quart (1 liter) container frozen whipped topping
    1/4 cup chocolate syrup
    1/2 cup chopped peanuts

    With electric mixer, beat together in large bowl cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in whipped topping; pour over base. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top. Top with peanuts; freeze. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving.
