    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup melted butter

    Cake:
    4 well-beaten eggs
    1 cup sugar
    3 large packages Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature
    6 Tablespoons milk

    Topping:
    1 pint sour cream
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Mix crust ingredients and pat in bottom of springform pan. Mix cake ingredients until smooth, gradually adding milk. Mix topping ingredients. Pour cake mixture into graham cracker-lined pan. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour or until center is firm. Let cool for 5 minutes. Pour on topping. Cool for 5 more minutes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
