Grandma Bogey Caramel Apple Cheesecake

List of Ingredients
One 9 inch Graham Cracker Crust
16 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
1/3 C Apple Juice Concentrate
1/4 C Caramel Topping
1/4 C Chopped Peanuts
1 Sliced Apple Recipe
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended and smooth.
Blend in eggs.
Blend in apple juice concentrate.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until set.
Cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours, or overnight.
To serve, cut into 8 slices, transfer to dessert plates, drizzle with caramel topping, sprinkle with chopped peanuts, and garnish with sliced apple.
