Grandma Bogey Rhubarb Cake

List of Ingredients
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of shortening
2 cups of chopped rhubarb
*1 cup of sour milk
1 teaspoon of soda
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
Cream shortening and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar mixed with cinnamon (to taste). Bake at 350�F. for 25 to 30 minutes. May be served warm with cream or ice cream. *To make sour milk, pour 1 tablespoon vinegar in cup, add milk to make 1 cup. Let stand about 5 minutes.
