Liberty Brickle Toffee Cake

1 box of pineapple cake mix
1 cup of water
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups brickle baking chips----plus a cup of brickle chips for you to munch on while baking the cake
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
3 Tablespoons of cream
1 cup coconut Recipe
Combine cake mix, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup of butter, and eggs in large mixer bowl. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
Fold in 1/2 cup brickle chips.
Pour into greased and floured 9 X 13 baking pan.
Bake at 325� for 40 to 50 minutes.
Combine 1/4 cup butter, brown sugar, and cream in bowl. Mix until smooth.
Stir in coconut and 1 cup brickle chips.
Spoon over warm cake.
Put back into oven and broil for 2 minutes.
