    1 pkg 1-layer chocolate cake mix
    1 Tbsp instant coffee
    2-1/2 cups cold water
    1 4 oz. pkg. regular (not instant) chocolate pudding mix

    Recipe



    Prepare cake mix according to package directions, and turn into a greased 9" X 9" X 2" pan.
    In blender, combine instant coffee and water; gradually blend in pudding mix
    Pour over cake batter
    Bake at 350F for 45 minutes
    Serve warm, with whipped cream, if desired
