Mock Italian Rum Cake

1 package 3 layer Genoise sponge cake (next to the shortcake shell in produce dept)
2 packages vanilla instant pudding
2 small packages chocolate instant pudding
4 cups heavy cream
rum
FROSTING
2 Tbl vanilla extract
1 large vanilla cool whip
1 cup confectioners sugar
Recipe
Make pudding as per box instructions but using cream instead of milk and add 1 TBL vanilla to each flavor.
Sprinkle rum (about 2 TBL) on bottom layer, then spread chocolate pudding over.
Place 2nd layer and sprinkle rum and spread vanilla pudding.
Place 3rd layer on tip, sprinkle rum, then frost.
