Nilla Bourbon Cake

35 NILLA Wafers, coarsely chopped (about 2-1/2 cups)
2 cups seedless raisins
2 cups Pecans, chopped
3-1/2 cups flour, divided
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine or butter, softened
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 cup bourbon or apple juice
Recipe
TOSS chopped wafers, raisins and pecans with 1 cup flour in large bowl; set aside.
BEAT margarine and sugar until creamy in another large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in remaining 2-1/2 cups flour, baking powder and nutmeg; blend in bourbon. Fold in reserved wafer mixture. Spread batter in greased and waxed paper-lined 10-inch tube pan.
BAKE at 325°F for 1 hour, 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
