    1 C butter
    3 C. flour
    2 C peaches(4-6 peeled and sliced)
    3 C. sugar
    6 large eggs
    1/2 C cream
    1/2 C sour cream
    tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp baking soda

    Recipe



    In large bowl mix the butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well. Add vanilla.
    In another bowl, mix flour, salt and baking soda.
    Mix egg and flour mixtures.
    Add the sour cream and mix well.
    Gently fold in peaches.
    Pour batter into non-stick, 12 C, bundt pan.
    Bake in 350º oven for 1 hr and 10-20 minutes.
    Turn onto serving plate while warm.
    Note: directions do not say when to add cream but I am assuming when you add sour cream
