Peachy Chocolate Cake

1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 cups can peaches, drained


Recipe



Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.

In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add water, oil, vinegar and van ex, stir until smooth and blended.

Bake 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.

Just before serving place one layer on cake plate, arrange one -half of peaches on layer. Top with second layer and remaining peaches
