    1 cup canola oil
    1 jar (8-oz) unsweetened baby food pears
    3 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. all spice

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325�. Butter bundt pan.

    In large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Pour batter in pan.

    Bake one hour and 10 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
