    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup corn oil
    2 eggs
    1 egg yolk
    2-1/8 cups all purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup milk
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2/3 cups plum jam
    1/2 cup pecan pieces

    Recipe



    Preheat oven at 350º. Lightly butter tube pan.

    In large bowl. mix all ingredients, stir in the pecans

    Pour batter into tube pan. Bake for 60 minutes (but she use to check it)

    Cool in pan 15 minutes
