    Quick Peanut Cake

    1 box (1-layer size) yellow cake mix
    1/4 cup light cream
    1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup flaked coconut

    Recipe



    Prepare and bake cake according to directions on box.

    Blend peanut butter, cream and brown sugar thoroughly and spread over warm cake. Sprinkle with flaked coconut and broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for about 4 minutes, or until frosting is lightly browned.

    Serve warm.
